During the Nobel Day, the museum is filled with festive activities – follow the live broadcast from the Nobel Prize ceremonies in Oslo and Stockholm, enjoy live cello music or join a guided tour about this year’s prizes and the Nobel Prize festivities.

The exhibition Nobel Creations, shows fashion interpretations of this year’s Nobel Prizes in the form of dresses created by students at Beckmans School of Design. Meet some students behind the creations, and hear them talk about their creations.

Book a Nobel lunch in Bistro Nobel or celebrate the day with a sparkling drink.

Families and curious children are welcome to our workshop for festive crafts, between 11:00 and 16:00. Make your own royal crown or create your own medal.

Leave your bag at home – important information about the police ban on bags

It is not allowed to bring bags or pouches larger than 20×30 cm into the museum. Since we do not have the possibility to store bags in our cloakroom, we kindly ask you to leave them at home.

If you have a medical need for a bag or need to bring a diaper bag, these may be brought in after being checked by our staff. More information can be found here.
