Learn more about champagne and find a new bubbly favourite for your next celebration when sommelier Ulrika Karlsson holds a champagne tasting in the museum bistro. Taste the sparkling rosé champagne served at the Nobel Prize banquet, and discover new flavours as we try sparkling favourites from small champagne houses.
Ulrika will guide you through the tasting and give tips on how to create successful flavour combinations. During this tasting, we will also gain insight into the process of selecting the beverages for the Nobel Prize banquet and learn how basic flavours can interact and influence each other.
The ticket price also includes entrance to the museum’s exhibitions, which are open until 21:00. Before and after the tasting, Bistro Nobel serves its Friday menu with carefully selected small dishes, suitable wines, beer, cocktails or non-alcoholic options. The bistro and the shop are open until 21:00.
