When did time begin and how long is the present? The question of what time actually consists of, has been with humanity for centuries. In THEN, NOW LATER – a small exhibition on measuring and experiencing time we meet physicists and writers who investigate one of humanity’s greatest mysteries. The exhibition also shows the twelve-hour long video work Self Portrait as Time by artist Marcus Coates.
Actors Magnus Krepper and Sofia Rönnegård takes us on a time travel through texts on the theme of memories and time. The texts will be read in Swedish. During the evening, DJ Hanna Kihlander plays music from different eras.
THEN, NOW, LATER – a small exhibition on measuring and experiencing time is created by Karl-Johan Cottman, curator, Birger Lipinski, exhibition design, and Ateljé Grotesk, graphic design.
