On Thursday, 6 June , the section of Slussen called Vattentorget, which connects Gamla Stan and Södermalm, will open. To celebrate this, the annual open house event A Day at Slussen will take place, organized by the Slussen Project. It will be a festive day with entertainment and activities for all ages, from 11:00 to 16:00.
Welcome to our tent to learn more about the Nobel Center, which will open in 2031 at Stadsgårdskajen at Slussen. The Nobel Center will be a new hub for science, culture, and dialogue. At the Nobel Center, residents of Stockholm, tourists, school groups, and Nobel Prize laureates will be able to view exhibitions, participate in events, dine, and engage in conversations.
All children are welcome to do crafts in our tent and create the best soap bubbles in the world. Additionally, you can enjoy free Nobel ice cream.
Children and adults can win prizes in a quiz organized by the Nobel Prize Museum in cooperation with the Slussen Project, the City of Stockholm, Atrium Ljungberg, the Ports of Stockholm, White Architects, and the Stockholm Region.
Slussen Day is organized by the Slussen Project and the City of Stockholm. Read more here.
We hope to see you!
