After this evening event, you will be able to shine. Welcome to an evening where we celebrate the 2023 scientific Nobel Prizes with a performance in two acts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">During act one, we will challenge representatives of the Nobel Committees that select the laureates to explain why the discoveries being rewarded this year are so important that they deserve the world\u2019s finest prize. We will not give up until they have explained this in a way that we all understand. It will be up to the audience to decide whether they get a passing grade.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Join us and see how the members of the Nobel Committees in Physics, Chemistry and Medicine meet this challenge: <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ulf Danielsson<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">, <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Pernilla Wittung Stafshede<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> and <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Anna Wedell<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">. Moderating, asking and asking again \u2013 to ensure that we understand \u2013 will be <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Carin Klaesson<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> and <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Gustav K\u00e4llstrand<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> from the Nobel Prize Museum. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">After the break, <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Josefin Johansson <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">and <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Fritte Fritzson <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">will follow up with a whimsical act two. \u201cThere will be a Nobel quiz, a sketch, some standup and maybe even a song!\u201d they explain.\u00a0Both of them have won <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">P\u00e5 sp\u00e5ret, <\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">an educational game show on Swedish Television<\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> (<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">SVT), and have a great interest in knowledge and science. Josefin is the author of the book <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Dynamitgummor<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> (Dynamite Ladies), about women who have been awarded the Nobel Prize.
