The Nobel Prize is about ideas that change things. It can be scientific discoveries or inventions, unexpected perspectives in literature, or struggles for peace and human rights – the common denominator is finding new ways to view the world.

In Nobel Creations, we have asked students from Beckmans College of Design, Stockholm School of Photography, and the Royal College of Music (KMH) to embody these ideas, with the 2017 Nobel Prizes as a starting point.

Nobel Creations explores what unites Nobel Laureates all across fields: creativity. It deals with the courage to think differently, the questioning of norms and the combination of ideas from different fields to create something where the whole is bigger than the parts.

Nobel Creations is a great example of an Art & Science project, where art and sciences explores and enhances each other.
