Welcome to a conversation about the art of translation, a translator\u2019s many considerations and decisions and the final text where nothing of this should be noticeable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This conversation with <\/span>Swedish translators <\/span>Jan Stolpe<\/strong>, Helena Hansson<\/strong> and Jonas Brun<\/strong> will be moderated by <\/span>Carin Klaesson<\/strong>, from the Nobel Prize Museum.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>During the night, we are invited to explore the world of translation with examples from Nobel Prize laureates such as Albert Camus, Abdulrazak Gurnah, Toni Morrison and Louise Gl\u00fcck.<\/span> The conversation will be held in Swedish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ticket price also includes entrance to the museum’s exhibitions, which are open until 21:00. Before and after the conversation, Bistro Nobel offers a special Friday menu<\/a> with well-selected small dishes, suitable wines, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. The bistro is also open until 21:00.<\/p>\n
