We will try some carefully selected champagne once served at the Nobel Prize banquet. Is there champagne that lift the conversations better than others? We also highlight the ambition that food and drinks should maintain the same high quality, how to create successful flavour combinations and how to choose champagne for a ceremonial meal. During the tasting, we will get an insight of the process on how to choose drinks for the Nobel Prize banquet and learn how basic flavours affect each other.<\/p>\n
