Nobel Prize Museum is continually working to improve accessibility to its facilities for visitors with physical disabilities and we appreciate your comments and suggestions. If you have any questions, please contact the museum\u2019s accessibility coordinator, Laura Aronovici, at +46 8-534 818 17<\/a> or send an e-mail to laura.aronovici@nobelprize.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n The entire museum is accessible to wheelchairs; there are no stairs in the building.<\/p>\n The accessible entrance is at the back of the museum with an entrance from Storkyrkan\u2019s yard, from Slottsbacken. There is an intercom at the entrance. Press the button and the doors will be opened automatically by the entrance staff (the entrance telephone number is +46 8 534 818 10<\/a>). The width of the door is 94 cm.<\/p>\n In the museum, there are 2 wheelchairs to borrow.<\/p>\n The museum is equipped with a visual fire alarm for the hearing-impaired.<\/p>\n Entry is free for escorting individuals and personal assistants accompanying disabled visitors to the museum.<\/p>\n Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted inside the museum.<\/p>\n The museum has a bathroom adapted to suit wheelchair users.<\/p>\n The museum has two wheelchairs, magnifying glasses, and flashlights that visitors may borrow.<\/p>\n The entry located at the rear of the museum serves as an emergency exit for visitors in wheelchairs.<\/p>\n Parking spaces for disabled visitors are located on the corner of K\u00e4llargr\u00e4nd 1 and Slottsbacken. Nobel Prize Museum is unable to reserve parking spaces for visitors.<\/p>\n If you require a taxi, please contact museum staff for assistance.<\/p>\n The museum\u2019s accessibility work aims to make it more accessible so that everyone can take part in the museum on equal terms.
