ORGANISATION
Nobel Week Lights is a light festival taking place in central Stockholm during the Nobel Week.
The festival has the goals of:
-Presenting high quality light-artworks in public space to a broad audience
-Transforming the way in which Stockholmers see and connect with their city
-Democratizing the Nobel celebrations by proposing artworks inspired by and communicating the prizes/laureates
PROFILE
1.Currently studying, recently graduated or deeply interested in one (or many) of the following fields:
-Cultural management and production
-Audience management and development
-Social Media community management
-Arts Administration
-Culture + Urban Development
-Fundraising + Partnership Management.
2.Based in Stockholm: Fluent Swedish and operative English necessary
3. Work or volunteer experience in a cultural or festival context.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This internship will focus on assisting the strategic team in two main parts of the festival: Audience Development and Artistic Production. Responsibilities will include creating a digital history archive of audience reactions and impressions of the 2020 festival and assisting the communication team based on the insights of that work. Other responsibilities will be assisting international artists before and during their participation in NWL 2021.
